Abstract/Summary:
In the past,for the construction of urban spatial form,there were good theories and paradigms abroad,so we moved here,and the same is true for small blocks.But in practice,it can’t be done completely.The formation of spatial pattern is closely related to the development stage of social system and social environment.It represents the physical expression of the specific needs of people in a specific society under a certain social system,and there must be spontaneous logic hidden inside.Simply transplanting good models from other countries cannot solve substantive problems due to their different internal logic.In the current development process of cities from incremental expansion to stock renewal,it is urgent to find out the internal development logic of cities,discover the essence and problems,and find more appropriate solutions for the sustainable development of urban construction.Based on the analysis of the research status of block form at home and abroad,taking Kunming city as an example,this thesis firstly uses GIS software to analyze the historical evolution,location advantage,resource POI and other multivariate data of residential blocks,and explores the macro characteristics of the evolving block pattern in different locations in the city,and classifies the blocks.Then,the selected typical block morphology was datalized,and the interaction analysis of basic morphology and location was carried out by combining "spatial matrix" and Marshall’s path analysis methods,and the uneven state of basic block morphology under the influence of different locations was found,as well as relatively appropriate quantitative indicators.Then,applying APH hierarchy analysis method,through multiple basic morphological indexes to establish a set of digital "residential block pattern space quality evaluation system",the basic elements of inhomogeneous different block model for quality evaluation,found that residential block pattern change along with the reconstruction of the spatial form,characteristics and diversity also dissolves blocks.Finally,based on the principle of efficiency and fairness,the quantitative indexes of the suitability of residential blocks in different locations are proposed.Taking the early large-scale residential blocks as an example,the renewal model framework suitable for large-scale residential blocks is explored,and a good living habitat with smooth but not smooth accessibility,abundant but not noisy diversity,compact and comfortable density,wide opening and small closure,and close but not restrained sense of place is proposed.
