Study Research On Space Transformation And Design Of Collective Housing Space Based On Case Analysis

Along with the increase of my country’s urbanization rate,the era of housing construction "stock" has arrived without warning.The generalization of improvement regarding living conditions of universal dwelling spaces is crucial for the fundamental living needs of each individual.Given the trend of commercialization of congregate Housing domestic design of dwelling spaces has gradually been dominated by real estate companies.Under the premise of housing marketization,the two-way feedback mechanism between consumers and producers has made a continuously satisfying design quality achievable for a population thirsty for housing.Therefore,the study of the transformation of universal nesting space design,including the changes of nesting space types and composition characteristics as well as space design techniques will be fruitful.From the perspective of case analysis,mesoscopic,and microscopic levels respectively,which leads to a final design summary of methodology.First,the article explains the internal and external causes of the changes in housing types at a macroscopic level by analyzing the development status of my country’s collective housing types,factors affecting residential changes,the demands of the transformation of housing styles,and normative changes;The following part is the case classification analysis,based on the representative cases that have been built in each period marked by an excellent market feedback value,the spatial composition organization method is applied to facilitate the research of classification and comparison for the purpose of summarizing the characteristic pattern of spatial evolution and development;After that it is reserved for the typical cases studies at the microscopic level to understand the design methods and characteristics behind the scene;Finally,it is derived from everything above,summarizing the principles and methods of integrated and partial space design.The author hopes that through the aspect of humanism,this study can provide insights concerning the design changes of collective housing in my country by research the relation development between the whole and the part,in order to leave some examples and references for the future design path replacing "living" by "dwelling".
