Abstract/Summary:
Reinforced concrete structure is one of the most commonly used buildings in China.In the construction process of buildings,there will inevitably be material waste and information cannot be shared.In the construction process,the management and construction level of all participants are put forward very high requirements.The combination of BIM and steel engineering is of great significance for construction management and improvement of steel processing quality and efficiency.Combined with the development status of domestic construction industry,this paper analyzes the research status of reinforcement engineering,and puts forward the idea of reinforcement engineering digitization and cutting optimization,which provides reference for the transformation of traditional reinforcement engineering.The main substance of this thesis are as follows :Using BIM technology to establish a digital model of reinforcement engineering,construction personnel can clearly see the reinforcement diagram of each component,the amount of reinforcement and the amount of various types of reinforcement.Using three-dimensional steel technical disclosure.Realize the informatization and digitization of model.Combined with engineering examples,the problem of steel bar cutting is described,and the mathematical model is determined with the minimum consumption of raw materials as the objective function.At the same time,several algorithms and characteristics at present are analyzed,and the advantages of ant colony algorithm in the optimization of steel bar cutting are put forward.Matlab is used to write code,and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution of the mathematical model.The application of digital management platform in steel engineering,through the mobile terminal association model,release safety,if quality problems,should be designated corresponding to the relevant person-in-charge,deadline correction and rectification problems;through the information sharing of the platform,the construction information data is shared,which provides conditions for improving production safety and quality,and improves the construction efficiency of the project.
