Since the 21st century,China’s manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements,especially in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry has made many achievements.However,the gap of manufacturing industry between China and developed countries is still very large,and the informationalized level and digitization level of manufacturing industry is relatively low.In view of this series of problems,the traditional manufacturing industry is gradually transforming to the direction of digitalization,networking and intelligence.On the one hand is to improve the informationalized level of manufacturing.On the other hand,it can improve production efficiency and effectively solve the problem of rising comprehensive cost of manufacturing industry in China.The performance,life and management of the tool as well as the rationality of the processing process directly affect the quality and efficiency of the product processing.Therefore,it is great significance to establish an efficient cutting database system for improve the processing quality and efficiency.From the perspective of digital manufacturing enterprises,this paper develops a cutting database system for automobile engine cylinder head.The main work and research contents are as follows:(1)The status and development of cutting database and cutting parameter optimization in domestic and international scope is investigated.The problems existing in the current cutting database system are analyzed.Aiming at these problems,the paper puts forward the purpose and significance of the research,forming the framework of the paper.(2)The demand analysis,function analysis and module analysis of the cutting database system are carried out,and the system framework is built.From the point of view of data structure,the human-machine interaction interface design of cutting database is carried out.(3)Data collection,mining and analysis of a large number of cutting process data on automobile engine cylinder head production line are studied,including unstructured data collection,unstructured data conversion,data cleaning and so on.(4)The application scenario of cutting database system is studied,including tool management,cutting parameter optimization and so on.A tool life cycle management model and a cutting parameter optimization method based on data model are proposed.(5)On the basis of theoretical research,a set of engine cylinder head cutting database system is developed.This database system uses vue.js as the front-end development framework to build the user interface,use C# as back-end development language to build back-end,use My SQL as the database platform to store data.Finally,the tool life cycle management and cutting process optimization of digital manufacturing enterprise are preliminarily realized.Furthermore,engine cylinder head cutting database system can provide data for the workshop data screen.
