With the continuous development of industry and society,the electricity consumption of enterprises,institutions and residents is increasing year by year.In the power industry,enterprises deploy more and more power equipment,and produce a lot of data in the process of enterprise operation and management.However,the existing power monitoring system based on monitoring screen on the market has some problems,such as unable to view the monitoring at any time,lack of good data analysis function,unable to analyze and process the data,unable to make further use of the data value and so on.At the same time,with the progress of computer technology,the power monitoring work needs to be combined with the topology of the power grid for monitoring and management.The primary system diagram of electric power well describes the topological structure of power grid and becomes an important part of power monitoring system.With the rise of mobile Internet,the demand of mobile monitoring is proposed.However,there is a lack of a well-designed primary graph element display library for mobile terminals.In view of these problems,this thesis proposes to build an intelligent power monitoring platform based on big data analysis technology,and realize the goal of monitoring the power system anytime and anywhere through the mobile monitoring app.The main work of this thesis includes.1.Aiming at the intelligent monitoring requirements of power equipment,based on the cloud fusion architecture,the system adopts the design method of front and back end separation,designs and realizes an intelligent power monitoring platform based on big data analysis.The system is divided into six main functional modules:data acquisition,real-time monitoring of primary graph,alarm monitoring,historical data query,system configuration management and authority management.The overall development of the system follows the software engineering specifications,analyzes the power monitoring scenarios and problems.Then analyzes the requirements of the system in detail,expounds the overall architecture of the system and the detailed design and implementation of each module.The front end uses android app and Vue framework for development,and the back end uses spring boot framework for development.Finally,function test and performance test are carried out to ensure the availability and stability of the system.2.The innovative development of the core modules in the platform effectively improves the intelligent analysis ability and usability of the system.Aiming at the problem of circuit diagram display in mobile terminal,an open source circuit diagram display library is developed.The common graphic symbols in power monitoring system are drawn and encapsulated into graphic element library,which is embedded in the display library.The display library can realize the requirement of circuit diagram customization according to the configuration.There are some problems in the existing industrial solutions,such as the difficulty in displaying the circuit diagram of mobile terminal monitoring,the need to customize the development interface for different companies,and the high cost of repeated development.The open source display library designed in this thesis effectively solves the problem of high repeated development cost;Aiming at the lack of early warning of power alarm events,an intelligent analysis method based on LSTM is proposed,which effectively improves the ability of the system to perceive abnormal events in advance,fully excavates the hidden information in power data,and improves the value of data.The intelligent power monitoring platform based on big data analysis developed in this thesis has been deployed and applied in Nanjing University and Guangzhou port.In the actual use process,the user experience is good.The system meets the requirements of timeliness and early warning of power monitoring,and effectively solves the problem of insufficient intelligence and flexibility of traditional power monitoring system.
