Power grid dispatching is a very crucial part in power generation, power transmission and power transformation of power systems. One important task of power grid dispatching is to ensure the reliability of power supply by a continuous,stable and normal operation of power grid according to the objective laws and relevant rules of power grid. Therefore, a reliable monitoring of the important power operation data is needed.Traditionally, the work is achieved through the desktop computer system, which has the limitation of working place since it requires the workers to use the computer when dispatching. In order to change this situation and enable the workers to check the power operation data whenever and wherever possible,this thesis designs, develops and achieves the display system on integrative platform for power grid dispatching data based on Android.Integrative data platform for power grid dispatching integrates the data of operation systems such as EMS. DMIS and DMS,etc.,establishes the integrative database, forms the dispatching data center and supplies the unified access interface for data on the premise of CIM and CIS. The Android display system of power grid dispatching data platform provides the checking service,display service and other services of dispatching data to the power enterprises except the dispatching center by following IEC61970standards, being based on CIM model and CIS data interface.In the process of achieving the Android display system, this thesis makes use of many Web development technologies, such as Ajax,JavaScript, JSP, JavaBean, Struts,Spring, etc.,adopts the technological framework combining B/S and CVS so as to ensure the expandability and maintainability. The system adopts (he open designing idea, takes J2EE as development platform, uses MVC development model,takes CORBA as middleware and combines Eclipse and MyEclipse development lools.Based on integrative data platform for power grid dispatching,this thesis designs the overall framework of the display system for the integrative data platform and designs in detail several function modules including hierarchical browsing for grid, sorted browsing for grid and SVG real-time graphics browsing from the aspects of function,data process and procedure, etc. This thesis inserts WebView sub-units to Activity corresponding to each function modules of Android, invokes WebKit browser through WebView so as to display on Android display platform relevant data and graphics, including a hierarchical display of the relevance of grid according to the topological structure of grid, display of attribute and attribute value of grid, real-time and historical data of measured object, measured object and real-time data of factory stand object, vector graphics SVG corresponding to factory stand, etc.This thesis makes use of the data gathered in Qingdao,Shandong Province to prove how the system operates and concludes that the software operates well and the system is stable.
