The rapid development of the global economy,which has brought about a dramatic increase in-traditional energy consumption,leads to the increasingly shortage of energy and serious pollution problems.Therefore,starting using new energy,such as renewable energy,becomes an inevitable trend in the energy field.Solar energy is clean,non-polluting and easy to obtain,which is the most abundant renewable energy.Therefore,in recent years,China vigorously promote and support the development of photovoltaic energy enterprises.Due to the coverage of photovoltaic power plants are extensive,and the geographical location is peculiar,there are kinds of problems for staff in its detection of operating status,maintenance and daily management,resulting the low controllability of power plant system and low level of information management.Through the extensive market research,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the technical development background of photovoltaic power plant industry domestic and abroad,as well as the technical status of its monitoring system.In view of the shortcomings that the data acquisition system of traditional photovoltaic power plant data monitoring system is single and complicated,as well as the market demand for portability and mobility,this paper puts forward the design scheme of data monitoring system based on WiFi and Socket communication technology,after deep research on the system framework and function requirements.According to the functional requirements from the system for data acquisition and transmission,the Lower machine hardware design uses the main core chip STM32F103ZET6 equipped with HLK-RM04 module program;In addition,in order to meet the mobility and portability requirements,the upper monitor adopt Android phone as a client,and developed handheld terminal APP based on the Android system.After debugging for the upper and lower machine and the functional test of the system,the experimental results show that the system can realize the real-time communication of the data and monitor the working status of the PV power system in real time.Through the data display,storage function of the mobile client,people can access the field data at any time.The system achieve the threshold monitoring alarm and power prediction function through data analysis,eliminating the power plant security problems effectively.The design of the system is friendly,cheaper and practical,solving the problems that traditional PV power plant site data collection is inconvenient,the monitoring system is not good effectively,solve for the daily operation and management of photovoltaic power plants,which is significant for equipment maintenance,plant maintenance and post-scientific research.
