With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the scale of various electromechanical projects has become larger and larger,and the importance of engineering costs has become more and more prominent.In order to ensure the accuracy of cost,calculation is an accurate step in its work.Mechanical and electrical installation engineering has the characteristics of multiple specialties and complicated construction cross-operations.Changes are prone to occur during the construction process,making the accuracy of the engineering volume more difficult to grasp.With the continuous development of electromechanical engineering,the form of calculation is also changing accordingly.From the initial manual calculation and Excel to the later software three-dimensional calculation,efficiency and accuracy are the focus of people’s attention.However,in the face of complex electromechanical projects,there are still technical limitations in the amount of electromechanical installation and calculation.In the calculation process,the amount of electromechanical installation and calculation requires software and manual calculation to complement each other,and the need to cooperate with other majors such as civil engineering often occurs in engineering or design.Changes have a great impact on the efficiency and accuracy of the calculation.The emergence of current building information technology makes people see the prospects.Among them,BIM technology is breaking through the limitations of the amount of mechanical and electrical installation,relying on BIM models to find possible problems in design and construction,and reducing design as much as possible in the process of construction projects.,Engineering changes,based on the BIM model for electromechanical installation and calculation,in order to improve the calculation efficiency and accuracy of complex electromechanical projects.However,if the BIM-based installation and measurement technology is not strictly controlled or even out of control,the efficiency and accuracy of the electromechanical installation and measurement will not be improved but reduced.Therefore,finding out the key management and control factors of electromechanical installation calculation is the focus at this stage.This article aims to find the factors that affect the accuracy of BIM-based installation calculations,and use the Dematel method to study the logical relationship between the factors,find the management focus of electromechanical installation calculations,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of electromechanical engineering calculations,and promote BIM Technology is applied in the whole process of electromechanical engineering.The main tasks to be completed are as follows:1.Explain the technical concept of BIM-based installation calculation and write down the technical path of installation calculation based on BIM.2.Use a hospital engineering case to compare and analyze the accuracy deviation of the installation calculation based on BIM,and find out the factors causing the deviation.3.Use the Dematel method to study the internal logical relationship of each influencing factor identified in the case,and determine the key factors that need to be controlled for the BIM-based installation calculation project and conduct a comprehensive analysis with the conclusion of the case.Through the research of this article,it is expected that further research results can be provided for the calculation of electromechanical installation,and the factors affecting the accuracy of installation calculation based on BIM can be found for future research. |
