In soil reinforcement and pave crack prevent work, construction equipment is the main factor for geosynthetics installation damage. The range of strength loss reported for a wide range of geosynthetics varies between 10 and 77pexcent. It would be endured the damage during the working time if it have been endured the damage of installation. for confirming the target of installation accurately. The paper analyzed geosynthetics the geosynthetics's basic characteristic. And definituded the target of geosynthetics damage test. Using abundance kind of geosynthetics as the study object and link of project practice instance. And a series of simulate tests was performed in laboratory and in work site. By use of the statistic and artificial neural network theoretics, the law of geosynthetics damage has been discovered.Significant loss of tensile strength has been attributed to geosynthetic damage during contrstrution ,in soil reinforcement applications. This damage is not time dependent since it occurs during the backfill placement and compaction operations. Installation damage could be a significant reduction factor in the determination of an allowable design strength for permanent applications. It was discovered that the main factor in geosynthetic damage is the type of backfill material. For goetextiles, geotextile weights should be considered the another main factor in goetextiles damage. The space between two neighborhood ribs is another main factor in geogrid damage. Angularity of bacfill and other factor is in subordinated station. Based on a lot of tests in laboratory and in the site conditions, and recur to large of theory analysis, the installation damage reduction factor for ultimate limit state design was given. And it provided important reference material for design and construction of soil reinforcement.
