Study On Barrier Factors Of Quality Control Of Construction

Since the reform and opening up,the economy of China was developed in a rapid speed,so as the construction industry.With the development and prosperity of the construction industry,the engineering quality problem gains more and more attention.Previous research focuses too much on the development of construction,the concepts and principles of quality control,while very few researches aim at the effects of construction quality control of obstacle factors.The lack of research makes it hard for the quality control measures to resolve the issues related to effectively develop,this also hindered the development of construction industry to some extent.So the research and analysis on obstacle factors of construction quality control and the relationship between factors and influence degree,to the implementation of the construction quality control and play an important role to promote the development of construction industry.On the basis of summarizing the theory of quality control,at first this paper makes a deeply analysis of quality controlling in construction industry,puts forward the concept of quality control in construction industry,makes a review on the importance of quality control,summarizes the principles of quality control in construction industry.Then,on the base of literature review and market survey,we have identified the barrier factors of quality control in construction industry.Furthermore,this paper integrates the DEMATEL method and the grey numeral method to analysis the barrier factors classification and describes the barrier factors influence on each other.Then in order to eliminate the effect of differences in subjective judgments of experts to the data,we make a sensitivity analysis.Finally,according to the importance of the impact of barriers,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
