Severe cold area is one of the five major climate zones in my country. The four seasons are quite different, and the winter is relatively long and cold.Rural residents in this area have adapted to evolve corresponding living forms under generations of living and living, and new demands caused by changes in production and life will promote housing Change of form.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly, rural production efficiency has been significantly improved, residents’ income has increased, and information exchange has been frequent. This series of factors are conducive to the connection between rural lifestyle and urban lifestyle, but the disorder of rural construction has led to various problems in real life, especially low building energy efficiency, insufficient spatial function and demand. From this point of view,in order to improve the efficiency of construction skills and functional use efficiency, and by means of thermal buffer space effect theory and adaptive transformation principle,we should find a means to solve the problem of rural housing use.This.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the principles and technical points of thermal buffer space and adaptive transformation, and systematically combs the background and methods of farmland transformation to severe cold areas through the coupling conditions of the two mechanisms.According to the data needs of the thesis,a questionnaire survey was conducted on rural residents in the severe cold regions of Northeast China, and a large number of field surveys, surveying and mapping were carried out to sort out the relationship between the current living conditions of residents and the needs of production and life. The second part is the computer simulation part.Using De ST software, under the conditions of the coldest day in winter, the indoor temperature and building energy consumption are simulated and calculated from the three perspectives of the location of the thermal buffer space, the spatial scale and the material.Through the comparative analysis of the basic data obtained, the optimal solution of the combination of building elements to the improvement of building conditions under different conditions is explored.Through the preliminary investigation and simulation software analysis, the analysis conclusions obtained are used to formulate the application strategy of the space thermal buffer theory in the adaptive transformation of rural houses, and determine the principles, technical points and standards of the adaptive transformation.Under the constraints of actual production, living and living conditions, thermal buffer setting options and functional integration with the original space and streamline optimization. Finally, the experimental and analytical conclusions are applied in actual cases, and the actual construction performance and simulation analysis data are compared and analyzed, and the regular conclusions of the space thermal buffer and practical application strategies are drawn. It is hoped that it can provide new ideas and reference value for the adaptive transformation of rural houses in severe cold areas. This paper systematically explores the method of adapting layout and streamline transformation based on the existing rural residential layout types based on the thermal buffer effect, according to the actual needs, and concretely starting with the residential living space, personalized renewal and auxiliary space setting.Discussing the related content of the thermal buffer space and the coupling mechanism of the adaptive transformation of rural houses will provide a reference for the large-scale conversion of a large number of existing rural houses in severe cold areas in my country in the future.
