Research On The Construction Of "Humanistic Airport" Of Small And Medium-sized Airport

Since the new era,China’s civil aviation industry has clearly proposed to seriously practice the construction and development path of "Humanistic airport".Humanistic airport is an airport that adheres to the core spirit of people-oriented and cultural demonstration,has a cultural communication platform constructed by corresponding rules and regulations and codes of conduct,and has rich humanistic and material achievements.In China,the number of small and medium-sized airports exceeds 70% of the sum of domestic civil transport airports.The construction level of humanistic airports of small and medium-sized airports has a significant influence on the general development of humanistic airports in China.Furthermore,the construction and development of small and medium-sized airports are closely bound up with local governments,industry regulatory authorities,airports,passengers,employees and other multi-stakeholders.Facing the requirements of humanistic airport development and increasing social concerns in recent years,further researches are worth doing to study how to effectively balance the needs of all parties,better reflect sense of people oriented and strengthen cultural demonstration.Taking the construction and development of A airport as a case,this paper clarifies the connotation of humanistic airport construction on the basis of relevant information and research results on airport construction,airport humanized design,airport humanized service and humanistic airport,and on the basis of three-level cultural theory and stakeholder theory,On this basis,from two different perspectives of passengers and employees,this paper investigates and analyzes the effectiveness of the humanistic airport construction of airport a from the three levels of spiritual and cultural construction,institutional and material cultural construction.The research finds that there are:(1)there are deviations in the concept understanding of airport a in the process of humanistic airport construction and development,The understanding of the spiritual connotation of humanistic airport is not deep enough and does not pay attention to the importance of culture;(2)The rules and regulations are not perfect,the talent management system and evaluation system are not perfect,and the execution of the existing system is not strong;(3)Material support is insufficient,material support is difficult to meet emergencies,and there are problems in service quality and public transport.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of small and medium-sized airports:strengthening organizational learning and deepening concept understanding;Pay attention to the importance of culture;Unify ideas and strengthen mission responsibility;Optimize the top-level system design;Improve the talent training system;Improve the evaluation system;Strengthen the guarantee of material facilities;Improve the level of humanistic service;Change from business type to management type.
