| Nowadays,young parents pay more and more attention to the quality education of their children.Educational investment accounts for as much as 40% of the family expenditure.Domestic education integration STEAM is also developing better and better.Based on this educational background,a large number of literature studies have been conducted.And market analysis,put forward the important branch of children’s tool design.Through relevant theoretical research,find out the design entry point,design and develop a tool set suitable for children to use,let children use the tools safely,and carry out creative activities in the form of "playing and learning",exercise children’s hands-on and creativity,and achieve educational goals.In the process of using handheld tools,the handle is an important human-computer interaction interface,and its design is reasonable or not directly affects the product experience.Among the adverse symptoms of the upper limit of the tester’s tolerance,hand-held products accounted for the majority.According to statistics from the Massachusetts Medical Association in 1982,among the 1 million incidents that caused injuries,35 were related to hand-held tools.%.Children’s hands are more sensitive than adults.In the design of children’s tools,comfortable handles have become an important part of the research on handheld tools.This article first analyzes the target children,related competing products and the human-computer relationship,and finds out the characteristics that need to be quantified in the design.In terms of target users,summarize the user ’ s physiological and psychological characteristics,hand static characteristics,and movement rules;in product analysis,through observation and market research on related competing products,it is found that there are currently some hidden safety hazards in the products on the market,and the handle size is different.First,it is uncomfortable to use,ugly and unreasonable color and material matching,product use is single,mainly to improve hands-on ability,etc.;in terms of human-computer relationship,analyze children’s hand grasping posture,use method and hand pressure division.Through the above analysis,the principles of the design of children’s tools are drawn,and the design is discussed in four aspects: comfort,safety,educational significance,and shape and quality.Secondly,after determining the design direction of the hand-held tool,the specific ergonomic method is used to solve the problem.In the design of the handle,the surface EMG test and the sludge reverse test method are used to quantify the characteristics of children’s hands,combined with the analysis of product materials and tool design principles to design children’s tool handles;in the safety design,protective covers and mechanical suppression The method to solve the risk factors of the tool;in education,use the children’s curriculum standards and cognitive characteristics to find out the design keywords to transform the design.Finally,combining the material principles,color principles and appearance principles of children’s product design to comprehensively design children’s tools and supporting teaching aids.Comparing the cases of excellent tools in the market,using pressure analysis and holding comparative analysis to verify the comfort of the handle,and using interviews and subjective evaluation to verify whether the product is accepted by users.The result data shows that the comfort of the product is significantly improved,and children are more willing to use the product,and can learn relevant knowledge from the product to improve their quality.The whole design method provides reference for the design of other related children’s hand-held tools. |
