| With the accelerating process of quality-oriented education in China,the educational pattern is changing day by day.People’s initial intention for education has gradually changed from simply mastering knowledge and skills to paying attention to the developmet of human beings themselves."Educating people",as the goal of basic education,has been raised to a new height.Under such a background,the construction of campus environment,as one of the important measures of "educating people",is also facing with great challenges.At present,the traditional primary school environment design in China,mostly starts from the function and space of primary schools and only meets the basic teaching needs.It is quite common to see the disconnection and unreasonable aspect between campus design planning and application.Besides,there is insufficient consideration for children’s psychology and behavior.The design of primary school campus environment plays an important role in children’s growth.As the main users and beneficiaries of primary school campus environment,children’s psychology and behavior should be fully considered in primary school design.The paper is firstly based on the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and analyzes the relevant theories.It has sorted out the connections between the primary school campus environment design and children’s physical-mental development and behavior patterns,which is the foothold of this paper.With the on-the-spot investigation of three primary schools and questionnaire survey between teachers and students,this paper summarizes the common design problems caused by the lack of consideration for children’s physical and mental development in the primary school campus environment at the present stage.Through the interpretation of the collected children’s painting Dream School,we can understand children’s demand for school environment design.Based on the above theory and analysis,this paper summarizes the design strategies of opening campus environment which is suitable for children’s psychology and behavior,and selects corridor space,courtyard space and roof space for targeted space design strategy analysis.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,the paper takes Quanze Primary School as an example to design the opening education space on the primary school campus and formulate a feasible design scheme,which provides a reference for guiding the practice of primary school campus construction. |
