| Under the background of the development of prefabricated building in China,prefabricated component factories have sprung up one after another.However,with the continuous expansion of the production capacity of the prefabricated components factory,the backward means of production scheduling management restricts the development of the prefabricated construction industry.At present,the development of most prefabricated component factories is still in its infancy,the level of informatization is relatively low,and most of them still use traditional manual or semi-automatic production scheduling,which leads to low production efficiency and serious waste of resources in prefabricated component factories.In this paper,based on the full understanding and analysis of the production scheduling plan of the prefabricated component factory,combined with information technology and genetic algorithm,we design and develop a production scheduling system suitable for the prefabricated component factory.Firstly,aiming at the overall function design of the production scheduling system of the prefabricated component factory,through the analysis of the production scheduling process of the prefabricated component,the overall idea of the production scheduling system of the prefabricated component factory is determined.On this basis,the demand of the production scheduling system of the prefabricated component factory is analyzed,and the overall function model and its sub function model of the production scheduling system of the prefabricated component factory are established with IDEF0 diagram.Secondly,aiming at the problem of making the production plan of prefabricated components,a three-stage variable cycle rolling planning method suitable for prefabricated components factory is proposed by analyzing the production plan of prefabricated components.The production plan of prefabricated components is divided into annual production plan,monthly production plan and daily production plan,and the production planning process of each stage is formulated respectively to realize the maximum and average production capacity Balance production.Then,aiming at the problem of layout optimization of prefabricated components,the constraints in the process of layout of prefabricated components are determined by analyzing the problem of layout of prefabricated components factory,and the optimization mathematical model of rectangular components layout is constructed with the minimum number of required modules as the optimization objective,and the genetic algorithm is designed.The example shows that,compared with manual layout,the system automatically uses genetic algorithm to optimize the layout scheme,and the utilization rate of die table is increased by 12.9%,which effectively improves the work efficiency.Finally,on the basis of the system function design,architecture design,database design and key technology research,the prototype system of the production scheduling system is developed,the main function modules of the production scheduling system are realized,and the production efficiency of the factory is improved. |
