| The construction industry is a special industry,the quality of the project not only has a great impact on the life of the project itself,but also related to the safety of people’s lives and property.As the economic development enters the "new normal" period,the growth of domestic construction companies’ output value has gradually slowed down,which has opened up an era of connotative competition among construction companies.Construction companies must take quality as their lifeline,establish an image with quality,and strive for survival with quality Seek development.In order to stand out from the competition,construction companies are paying more and more attention to the quality of engineering construction in order to establish their own brand image.As a new technology for engineering project management,BIM technology helps companies abandon the extensive management model in the past and move towards a refined,collaborative,and informatized management model.Through literature research,this paper firstly introduces the status quo of domestic and foreign research and application of BIM,analyzes the factors that affect construction quality control in traditional construction engineering quality control,and summarizes the problems existing in construction engineering project quality control.Then,BIM technology was introduced into construction quality control,the advantages of construction quality control based on BIM technology were compared and analyzed,and an engineering quality control system based on BIM technology was constructed.And the combination of BIM technology and traditional quality control method PDCA provides a new idea for the application of BIM technology in construction quality control.Finally,taking the author’s internship project as an example,before,during and after the event,the highlights of the application of BIM technology in the entire construction process are introduced.Before construction,BIM technology was used for drawing review and collision inspection,and 298 problematic places were found.Finally,295 places were rectified,and the effective rectification rate reached 99%,reducing material waste and rework problems.During construction,the use of BIM collaboration platforms,mobile terminals,etc.,strengthened informatization and sharing collaboration,promoted communication between project personnel,and improved the quality of construction products.After construction,the use of the BIM file data collaborative management platform not only facilitates the search for information,but also facilitates the later property operation and maintenance management. |
