| HSE(Health,Safety and Environment)management originated from the petrochemical industry,and has been promoted and widely applied in the field of construction engineering.The level of HSE management is gradually becoming one of the important standards to measure the level of construction project management.Therefore,in order to give full play to the positive role of HSE management and further improve the level of project management,it is necessary to build the evaluation model of HSE management maturity of construction engineering projects,evaluate the HSE management maturity of each construction project,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.In this thesis,literature analysis,Delphi expert consultation,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,mathematical modeling and other research methods are used to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation model of HSE management maturity of construction engineering projects.On this basis,the evaluation of HSE management maturity of construction engineering projects is realized.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)On the basis of the integration of domestic and foreign current HSE standards,the integrated use of literature analysis method and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method,five levels of HSE management maturity of construction engineering projects were determined,and the evaluation index system of HSE management maturity of construction engineering projects was constructed,including3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators.According to the characteristics of maturity levels,the evaluation criteria of each third-level indicator were put forward for reference.(2)Comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process,expert scoring method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and KPA(Key Process Area)section drawing is used to establish the evaluation model of HSE management maturity of construction projects.(3)Combined with A Construction Project,the evaluation model of HSE management maturity of construction project is empirically analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results of KPA section drawing,which verifies the reliability of evaluation results and practicability of the model to a certain extent.The purpose of this thesis is to enrich and improve the evaluation research of HSE management maturity of construction engineering projects,and improve the HSE management level of construction engineering projects in China. |
