Evolution Of Changchun Modern Times Commercial Port Architecture Based On Cultural Sociology

Changchun is located in the hinterland of the Northeast China.Before modern times,it was just an ordinary town based on agricultural economy.With the outbreak of Japan and Russia for the interests of the northeast war,Changchun has brought a special opportunity for development.In order to compete with Western capital,the Chinese government established a commercial port at Changchun to develop the economy and ward off foreign invasion.In 1907,Changchun was officially opened as a commercial port.The operation of the commercial port promoted the development of the city’s economy and exerted a significant influence on the development of the city’s modernization.Changchun,this article through to the modern commercial port construction research,data collection and case analysis,by the related theory of cultural sociology to explore the evolution of modern commercial port in Changchun,analysis summarized the current situation and main problems of the commercial port of the,with a new perspective of the modern commercial port in Changchun to the role of city development,This paper puts forward the problems that should be considered in the future development of Changchun modern commercial port.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the paper.Analyze relevant theories and concepts,research status at home and abroad as well as research contents and methods.The second part is the urban construction history of Changchun Commercial Port.This paper mainly introduces the development history and construction history of Changchun commercial port.Analyze the urban structure of Changchun commercial port from the macroscopic level.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Changchun commercial port,and the comparative analysis of the characteristics of commercial port of Northeast provincial capital cities(Harbin,Shenyang),and the detailed classification and summary of the types of buildings in Changchun commercial port.The fourth part synthesizes the analysis results of the first three parts and combines the relevant theories of cultural sociology.Analyze the role of commercial port architecture as a medium in cultural communication;The interaction between the commercial port and the modern city construction;The role of commercial port in maintaining Chinese traditional culture;Finally,the internal causes of the architectural evolution of Changchun Commercial Port are analyzed.The opening of commerce in modern Changchun was carried out in a complicated political and commercial environment.Although there were some limitations,it played a vital role in the urban development of Changchun,and promoted the birth of the national industry and commerce and the awakening of nationalism in Changchun.This paper holds that we should pay attention to and affirm the role of Changchun commercial port in modern times when we discuss the reasons of Changchun’s modernization and social development.
