| As a major national development strategy,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area comprises regions with the strongest economic strength and the highest level of comprehensive social development in China.As the basic needs and preconditions of economic development,transportation will play an important role in the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.In the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is clearly stated that a comprehensive modern transportation system should be built within the Greater Bay Area and that railway system construction should be carried out in an orderly manner.The optimization of railway operation and service based on the idea of interconnection is one of the important directions of railway construction and development,which is conducive to the formation of a mature and perfect railway network within the Greater Bay Area,and to playing the role of linking the internal and external area so as to provide railway passenger with safe,efficient and convenient travel experience.This paper chooses the railway system from the transportation systems within the Greater Bay area as research subject.Based on the actual situation of the interconnection between the national and local intercity railway lines and relevant research at home and abroad,and using relevant theories and methods for reference,this paper analyzes the current situation of railway operation service and planning implementation within the Greater Bay Area with emphasis on the railway network layout planning and operation service improvement.The study aims at putting forward suggestions and measures for the optimization of operation and service on the basis of related problems regarding interconnection.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,with a focus on the needs of improving railway operation services within the Greater Bay Area based on the idea of interconnection,the research object is determined as the national railway and the interconnection between local inter-city railways.With the aim of putting forward optimization schemes to solve problems regarding operation service,the paper first analyzes and summarizes the research status of railway interconnection and operation service at home and abroad,and related development experience in the three major bay areas abroad and parts of our country.Then after analyzing the applicability of research methods,it is made clear that the "point-line-surface" factor analytic hierarchy process is suitable for the layout planning of railway network.By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics and influencing factors of operation service,the paper puts forward the basic methods of operation service improvement and established the model of railway operation service improvement,after which the contents of railway operation service improvement based on interconnection are narrowed down to network connection optimization at the macro level,passenger flow organization optimization at the micro level and information construction of facilities and equipment.Secondly,centering on the current situation and achievements of operation service,passenger flow,network planning and implementation,this paper analyzes the current situation of railway operation service and planning implementation in the Greater Bay Area,and concludes that the main problems regarding operation service in the Greater Bay Area lie in network connection,passenger flow organization,information construction of facilities and equipment.Finally,taking the current situation of the stations and lines of Guangzhou railway hub as an example,the paper analyzes the problems from four aspects,namely network connection,transfer organization,passenger ticket management and way-finding signs.Drawing on the development experience of other regions,and combining with the actual situation,the paper puts forward four corresponding optimization schemes respectively by using the methods of railway network layout planning and operation service improvement.At the same time,in the light of case analysis and data calculation of examples from the Greater Bay Area,the optimization design effect is verified so as to effectively improve the railway operation service based on interconnection within the Greater Bay Area Railway. |
