With the sustainable development of national economy and social progress,the dependence of people on expressway is improving,especially the introduction of artificial intelligence,which effectively improves the guarantee capability of it in the aspects of safety and high-efficiency.Till now,there is large manual operation for the industry of expressway,grass-roots staffs are responsible to the charge,maintenance,and monitoring of these daily operations,while under the high speed development trend of intelligent construction,a large quantity of grass-roots staffs has to confront the severe problem of leave or stay.With the development of times and reforms of technology,it is the priority among priorities for the degree of correspondence between person and organization about where there is steady upgrading,when there is change for the expressway company in order to adapt to the new environment,the grass-roots staffs also confront with the problem to match with the organization,and also the requirement of the change for the correspondence or re-corresponding.With these considerations,in this thesis,it takes A Expressway Company as an example,takes the grass-roots staffs there(engaging in first-line but not administrative position)as research objects,and then by means of search on the documents and materials,on the basis of correspondence theory between person and organization,with the methods of questionnaire and individual interview,it has analysis on the problems of career management of grass-roots staffs and also the factors of these problems from the perspectives of satisfaction,management status,and management condition of career.Finally,it puts forward solutions and advice from the aspects of activating the core consciousness of career management,completing the vertical and horizontal channels of career management,and strengthening the key part of career management,and besides,it also points our the related safeguard measures,including establishing career management system,completing career management system,and developing the equipped system of career management.From the research,it can find that the correspondence of person with organization,which means that whether there is high correspondence for the value between person and organization,between demand and supply,and also between capacity and requirement,has great influence on the status of career management.With the perspective of correspondence,the continuity and stable match of person and organization require the cooperation of person and organization,so that it can realize double win.In this thesis,it aims to provide guidance for the establishment of scientific and suitable human resource management system of expressway,and also provide the armed power for grass-roots staffs in the industrial reform.
