With the rapid development of global science and technology and the emergence of hightech industries,energy shortage and environmental pollution have become important problems that must be solved.The lighting industry uses a huge amount of electrical energy,and with the continuous expansion of the scale of street lighting,its power waste is becoming more and more serious.Today,LED lighting systems are widely used and incorporate advanced technologies,such as the use of automation and sensor-based communication,to make the system more energy efficient and intelligent.In recent years,smart street lights,wireless communication architectures and high power factor LED driver power supplies have become hot spots and development trends.At present,there are manual and inductive control methods,there is a single dimming level,low degree of intelligence,and other problems,resulting in different degrees of power waste,while the existing street lamp management mode can not be well adapted to and meet the intelligent operation and maintenance and other issues.To this end,this paper adopts a smart street lamp control system based on NB-IoT,which can realize the intelligent adjustment of the brightness of the street lamp by embedding the BP algorithm in the data processing module,realize the location of remote faults,and collect data such as temperature,humidity and current outside the light intensity in real time,so as to realize the remote intelligent control of the street lamp,so that the power consumption and maintenance cost can be reduced.Based on the NB-IoT communication architecture,the terminal equipment of the street lamp system is directly connected to the base station,and the terminal equipment can communicate directly with the cloud platform.Different from the traditional "two-hop"solution,the solution based on NB-IoT technology does not require a gateway,and each NBIoT street lamp controller is directly connected to the operator’s NB-IoT network,which not only ensures communication security,but also improves communication efficiency.In order to achieve high efficiency,high power factor,high reliability and low temperature rise LED driver power supply for lighting,the tunable light driver power supply of the paper adopts a two-stage mode EMI filter,which can effectively reduce common mode interference.Secondly,in the AC-DC power converter part,the front PFC(Power Factor Correction)constant voltage circuit and the rear stage of the DC-DC constant current circuit,the front stage PFC circuit to achieve high power factor correction on the AC network side;the rear stage DC-DC circuit part of the use of half-bridge LLC resonant conversion circuit,to achieve constant current power supply of LED lights,and through soft switching technology,reduce electromagnetic interference,thereby improving conversion efficiency and energy saving.The thesis conducts dynamic tests on the system function,the test content mainly includes positioning,network communication and control functions,including intelligent dimming control and visual display of data collected during the cycle;for the hardware device LED drive power supply prototype,the pre-PFC constant voltage circuit and the rear-stage LLC circuit are simulated and experimentally analyzed,and the final results meet the expectations and actual requirements.
