The Application Research Of Dynamic BOM Construction And Multi-attribute Reverse Auction In Supplier Selection Optimization

With the continuous upgrading of consumer market demand and the change of business environment,more and more enterprises are facing a common problem:how to build a supply chain system with technology-driven and data-driven,to adapt to the change of business environment,improve management efficiency,reduce costs continuously and improve customer satisfaction.This dissertation adopted BOM construction optimization method based on supply chain management and multi-attribute reverse auction theory,aiming at the supply chain management problems in actual small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises-W company,researched and established a Dynamic Supply chain BOM(DS-BOM)model,and mixed the multi-attribute reverse auction method to procurement to optimize the supplier selection problem,proposed a supply chain optimization scheme for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The chapters and main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction,summarizes the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and arranges the research status of BOM application in supply chain management and the application of reverse auction in supplier selection in domestic and abroad.Chapter 2 is theoretical research.The role and staus of BOM and MRP in production and operation are systematically introduced,and the formation process of DS-BOM model based on MRP is analyzed.Introduced the theory and practical application method of reverse auction in supply chain,which provides a theoretical basis for the following optimization for practical enterprise management.Chapter 3 is the analysis of W company’s supply chain status.It introduces product process,parts composition and supply chain management methods of W company,and analyses the existing problems,which determines the direction for the following improvement.Chapter 4 is supply chain optimization modeling of W company.According to the parts composition of W company’s products,elaborates the establishment method of DS-BOM,designs the evaluation function of multi-attribute reverse auction and the management method of bidders,and analyzes the positive significance of this procurement form to the response to dynamic supply chain of W company.Chapter 5 is the realization of information system.Using ASP,C#and other computer and network technology to achieve procurement management system and reverse auction web page development.Chapter 6 is the summary and prospects,based on the summary of the main work and conclusion of the dissertation,explains the possible problems,and prospects the future research direction.
