Research Of Recreation And Industry Planning And Design Of Rural Complex Based On Dynamic Management Programming Theory

Since entering the new era,Chinese economy and society have developed rapidly,while the gap between urban and rural areas has continued to widen.It is urgent to build a new urban-rural relationship.With the continued promotion of rural revitalization,urban-rural integration,beautiful countryside,characteristic town and other projects,rural industry has been upgraded,and rural tourism has heated up.The rural complex model which is integrating agricultural production,processing&manufacturing,tourism&resorts and other functions came into being.At the same time,in 2017,No.1 Central Document clearly stated that supporting qualified countryside to construct rural complex.In many parts of China have been extensively beginning the planning and construction of rural complex.However,scarce theoretical guidance,weak industrial foundation,poor operation,management,and a rush for quick results put rural complex in a dilemma.At present,rural complex confront several challenges such as serious homogenization,single industry development,extensive management,poor economic&ecological benefits,etc.We herein introduced a way of thinking and planning procedures of Dynamic Management Programming(DMP)through literature research,field research,interdisciplinary research and case demonstration,which were concerning tourism,leisure recreation,and related theories.Besides,we considered the needs of landscape architecture and organized planning procedures to propose a planning method of rural complex based on dynamic management thoughts through studying concepts,significance,characteristics and technical routes of DMP.The new method can make sense in improvement of recreational experiences,benign operation of planning site and sustainable usage of resources.At the same time,we did empirical research of recreation and industry planning and design of Huaiwei Qian’nian Rural Complex(Qingjiangpu District,Huai’an,China)in the DMP method.The method can help designers analyze resources and environment,define market positioning and list recreational activities etc.As the basis for overall layout and industrial system of the site,analytical procedure of DMP can guide designers to design each part,establish the operation strategies and assessment system to realize the dynamic operation of the park.Finally,we have built a planning mode combining site design,recreation and industry plan.This study is conducive to enriching the content and connotation of landscape architecture,providing new ideas and methods for developing rural complex,and drawing the following main conclusions:We concluded advantages of DMP compared with traditional planning method through theoretical research and empirical research.As procedural planning methods,they have similar items in site analysis,master plan and detail design.And both of them can be used to plan and design a plot to make it more reasonable,scientific and beautiful.DMP pays more attention to sustainable utilization of resources and high-quality recreation experience in terms of planning goals.And the participants are also more comprehensive.Site design is in step with tourism and recreation planning under the procedure.Current situation analysis pays more attention to target market and recreation demands.Meanwhile,planning and design pay more attention to establish industrial and operating framework.However,Traditional planning method gives high priority to build environment and landscape effect,rather than operation and management.The participants mainly including the project owner and the design team.In terms of planning steps,design and planning have precedence over operation and management.Current situation analysis pays more attention to the resources and environment of the site.Therefore,the rural complex under the guidance of DMP can build industrial chains as well as provide recreational activities to become its own competitive advantages,and promote the sustainable development of the park.
