Study On Landscape Planning Of Leisure Farm In Tianjin City Based On Rural Tourism

Leisure Farm,one type of rural tourism,is a form of leisure tourism that takes farmers as the main body of the market,the folk culture as the soul and urban residents as the target.It is a new development mode of green industry which contains economic benefits,ecological benefit and productivity effect.In the next few years,leisure farm tourism will develop toward a higher level,leisure and relaxing vocation oriented,so that those activities with more chance to join,experience and strong entertainment will be more popular with people and meanwhile the planning and construction of leisure farm also tend to be more ecological,scientific with large-scale and branding.Leisure farm planning study is one of the important task for the sustainable development of agricultural tourism.Tianjin,as a large city,owns about70 percent agricultural counties area,thus agricultural leisure tourism has become an important part of tourism industry in Tianjin.Currently,starting from the specific conditions of different areas,Tianjin has planned and designed a series of rural tourism products,such as modern agriculture exhibition,the general farming activities,ecological tourism,folk culture of rural area,farmer life experiencing and leisure entertainment.Therefore,to improve the level of landscape planning is not only the crucial way to the development of leisure farm,but also a guarantee to improve the level of agricultural tourism in Tianjin.On the basis of fully absorbing the experience at home and abroad,this thesis researches some typical leisure farm in Tianjin and mainly analyzes the problems existing in their development and construction with the methods of consulting lots of reference,classified survey and on-the-spot investigation.At the same time,this thesis,by using knowledge of ecology theory system,cultural theory system,plant research system and landscape design theory system and some other theories,studies the developing orientation,location selecting,local characteristics and planning and design of five distinctive leisure farm in Tianjin,further propounds constructive suggestions on leisure farm development and construction,which will bring theoretical reference for improving rural tourism development.
