Planning And Design Of Leisure-recreational Agricultural-Tourism Complex Under The Perspective Of Landscape

In recent years,the development of Chinese rural construction has entered a new period.On the one hand,Chinese rural areas are facing problems such as hollowing out,aging population,single industry,and Chinese government has increased the policy support for rural eonstruction.On the other hand,Chinese rural landscape are too similar.In this context,many villages begin to develop tourism,and China has emerged some rural construction models such as "agriculture-tourism complex","sightseeing agriculture","agricultural park","rural complex" and so on.At present,the "sightseeing agriculture","agricultural park" of our country have many problems such as lacking features and mismanagement,these kinds of rural construction modes already cannot satisfy the needs of contemporary people,therefore,the construction of the "rural complex" is intensifi ed,however,because the rural complex has the feature of high construction cost,long construction period,and it is not universal,which makes the rural complex project currently built are not very successful.Agriculture-tourism complex is a new rural construction mode integrating ecological protection,agricultural experience,circular agriculture and rural cultural experience,which is based on rural agriculture,natural and cultural resources,aims at the rational allocation of rural resources and the integration of three industries,and based on the protection of farmers’ interests.First of all,this paper sorts out the existing domestic and foreign relevant research,makes a comparative analysis of the related concepts of agriculture一tourism-omplex.On this basis,the specific research of agriculture-tourism complex is carried out from five aspects including the type,construction significance,construction target,characteristics and functions of agriculture-tourism complex.Then,on the basis of theoretical research,the construction strategies of agriculture-tourism complex are studied,and the dynamic model of agriculture-tourism complex construction is constructed.Besides,relevant strategies are proposed for the rural construction in China.Finally,taking Nantuanting village as an example,combined with local characteristics,the integration of agriculture,tourism and industry is explored to seek a new mode of rural construction.This paper can provide a reference for the construction of other villages.
