Study On The Space Of The Old-age Building In Wuhan Under The Background Of Combining Medical Care

In recent years,against the backdrop of the world’s entry into the population ageing,our country has been striving to accelerate the population ageing.The problems posed by the population ageing have had a huge impact on society and have placed a heavy burden on every family.The problem of providing for the aged is now a serious social problem in our country.The old people’s consumption demand and the traditional family mode of providing for the aged have become unsuitable.The mode of providing for the aged has gradually changed from the traditional family mode to the institutional mode.The imbalance of social medical resources makes it difficult to meet the medical needs of the elderly.With the increasing demands of the people for the old-age care and medical care,the development of a new type of old-age care combined with medical care has become an effective means to deal with the social population ageing in our country.For a long time,Wuhan’s old-age institutions have faced problems such as unbalanced supply and demand,backward facilities and so on.Wuhan is one of the second batch of medical and nursing integration pilot units in China.Under the guidance of Community Medical Integration,in order to promote and establish old-age service institutions,some communities have made great efforts to develop and build old-age institutions on the basis of community medical integration,some Ways and means have been adopted to introduce medical institutions or to cooperate with hospitals.The overall construction and development of Wuhan’s modernization and medical and health undertakings are still at the initial stage,and are relatively backward in the whole country.The new model of comprehensive care needs a long-term development.Based on the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly in Wuhan,the history of the development of the elderly,the close integration of medical and other related disciplines of Knowledge-based theory of the firm and related norms,through investigation and research,this paper comprehensively and deeply understands the demand of medical care and old-age care services for the elderly in Wuhan urban communities,and probes into the insufficiency of the existing old-age buildings in Wuhan City,then the paper puts forward the feasible design viewpoint,principle and technical method aiming at the space,streamline and surrounding environment of the existing old buildings in Wuhan,and finally puts forward the design strategy of the old apartment buildings in Wuhan.This design research can provide scientific theory and practice support for the follow-up development and construction of community building for the aged in Wuhan and even the whole country.
