The integration of the energy revolution and the digital revolution is the development trend and characteristics of the fourth industrial revolution.For this reason,the State Grid put forward the requirements for the construction of the "ubiquitous power Internet of Things".Therefore,the accuracy test of electric energy metering equipment under dynamic load is the basis for ensuring accurate information acquisition.Firstly,this article introduces the current research status of current transformers,current transformer mathematical models,current transformer dynamic characteristics,and instrument program control commands.Secondly,according to the principle of the current transformer and the classification of the mathematical model of the current transformer,the J-A current transformer model is selected,and the influence of its parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the model is analyzed through simulation.Thirdly,by analyzing the causes of current transformer errors,selecting evaluation standards for current transformer dynamic errors,a calculation method for calculating current transformer dynamic errors is given,and the current transformer dynamic errors are calculated based on this calculation method.In the simulation experiment,the dynamic error of the current transformer under different dynamic signals was obtained,and the influence of different electrical and structural parameters on the dynamic error of the current transformer was analyzed.Fourthly,according to the actual demand,the program control software of the electric energy meter test device was designed and developed.Based on user experience and usage habits,the program-controlled software interface layout was designed according to the functional planning of the program-controlled software.Based on SCPI commands,the connection and remote control of the upper computer of the test device are realized,and the data returned by the test device can be analyzed.And from the perspective of improving the usability of the upper computer of the test device,the upper computer software has been improved and developed such as interface modification,test frequency function,and synchronous test process modification.Finally,a test system scheme for the dynamic characteristics of the electric energy meter was designed,and a test system was built according to the scheme.Completed the asynchronous test and synchronous test experiment of the electric energy meter dynamic characteristics,obtained the dynamic error data of the electric energy meter under test,and evaluated the accuracy of the electric energy meter under different dynamic signals.It further explains the importance of fairness in electric energy metering equipment. |
