With the increasingly grim situation of global warming and the short of energy resources,it demands more and more to protect the environment.Meanwhile,it is necessary to make rational use of energy.Therefore,the smart grid is bound to develop rapidly in the electricity system.As the key point of the smart grid and one of the most significant topics in electricity field nowadays,the intelligent ammeter appears particularly important.As governments all around the world have invested to the intelligent power grid and published relevant laws,hundreds of thousands of intelligent ammeters will be installed during the next five to seven years around the world.The market volume is supposed to be hundreds of millions around the globe these years.This makes it necessary to study on the software reliability of smart meter.In order to improve the software reliability of smart meter,this project proposes to construct a complete test plan by simulating the black box test method of external environment of smart meter.After a detailed analysis of the failure mechanism of the actual work of the smart meter,the simulation of fault reproduction,the reliability of the smart meter software testing,design and simulation and integration of the typical external operating environment of intelligent smart meter test device,effectively assess the detection of smart meter software In the external environment impact of the handling mechanism.
