| With the aging of the urban population becoming more and more severe, there is an imbalance in supply and demand in urban elderly care facilities. To improve the service efficiency of elderly care service facilities and alleviate the problem of unfair supply and demand. This paper study the relationship between the spatial distribution of facilities and the basic conditions of city environment, then find out the key factors affecting the spatial distribution of elderly care facilities.First, through the literature research method to understand the development of the classification and refinement of elderly care needs, understand the domestic scholars’ research progress on the construction of elderly care service facilities and the basic theory of spatial distribution research.Secondly, select cities with high degree of aging population, and early development of pension service industry as samples for analysis, the paper uses web crawler technology to collect the information of the construction of pension facilities in sample cities. The factors affecting the spatial distribution of elderly care service facilities are determined through research data, including demographic factors, environmental factors, social security factors, economic factors, and supporting facilities. Finally, the conclusions are as follows, the degree of population aging has the highest impact on the spatial distribution and aggregation of elderly facilities construction in urban area. The interaction analysis of influencing factors shows that the influence of dual factors is enhanced, and the spatial distribution of pension service facilities is affected by many factors. In the stage of planning and construction of elderly service facilities, construction should take full account of the degree of aging in the region and urban infrastructure construction.Taking Beijing, which has a high degree of population aging,as a research sample. It provides guidance on the spatial layout of the construction of care facilities for other cities. It is conducive to improving the level of urban care services.Figure 17;Table 15;Reference 45... |
