Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the advantages of simple structure,small size,high operating efficiency and easy maintenance.Therefore,it has been widely used in many industrial fields such as new energy vehicles,AC servo systems and rail transit.The common control method of PMSM speed control system is PID control,which is simple and easy to implement.However,for nonlinear systems with too complex structures,PID control is difficult to obtain higher control accuracy and stability.In view of this problem,An improved ADRC method is designed to be applied to the speed control system of PMSM.The development background and research significance of the PMSM strategy are described,then the mathematical model of the PMSM are researched,and the SVPWM technology is introduced in detail,and it is determined The speed and current double closed-loop PMSM speed control system based on vector control.Aiming at the problem that the nonlinear function of the traditional ADRC is not smooth in the interval and is prone to high-frequency oscillations,a new type of nonlinear function is used to improve the ADRC.For the stability of the controller,an improved first-order ADRC is designed to control the speed loop.Since the improved ADRC has many parameters and is difficult to tune,the AGA is used to optimize the controller parameters.This method solves the problem that the parameter tuning of the ADRC depends on experience and improves The practical performance of the controller.Finally,a PMSM speed control system simulation model based on PI control,ADRC control and improved ADRC control is established in Simulink,and the simulation results under the three control modes are compared.According to the results,the improved ADRC can solve the problems of poor PI control anti-interference ability and overshoot.Compared with the traditional ADRC,the improved ADRC control response speed is faster,the anti-interference ability is stronger,and the system stability is enhanced.At the same time,accurate and stable speed regulation of PMSM is realized,which has a good control effect for the PMSM speed regulation system.Figure 52;Table 2;Reference 54...
