With the arrival of“Industry 4.0”,permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM)control system technology has been widely used.In order to meet the need of higher precision of the control system,the performance of the PMSM control system needs to be improved.PMSM is introduced to industrial automation,agricultural production and household appliances because of high efficiency,simple structure,small size and easy to maintain.So PMSM control will become a necessary trend in the field of control system.Firstly,in this thesis,the background and development status of PMSM control system was analyzed simply.The structure and principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor were described next.The vector control of PMSM was analyzed in detail.The PMSM closed loop system was realized by magnetic field oriented vector control of current _di equals to zero.Secondly,because of the PMSM control system with traditional PI control can't satisfy the demand of high performance,and the speed loop control effect directly affected the performance of the whole control system,so the improved ADRC was used to replace the traditional PI controller used in the speed loop control of PMSM.The position loop controller was designed at the same time.According to the mathematical formula of the improved ADRC,the simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink was established.Under the same condition,the improved first order ADRC was compared with the traditional PI controller and the position loop was simulated.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy for PMSM closed-loop control system,DSP TMS320F28335 was selected as the core chip.The hardware,including control circuit,drive circuit,feedback circuit and protection circuit,was designed according to the principle of PMSM control system,and the software including main program module,interrupt program module and important module programming,was designed based on control process.The improved first-order auto-disturbance controller was compared with the traditional PID controller for the PMSM control system under the CCS6.0 working environment.Experimental results show that the improved control strategy has greatly improved the performance of the closed-loop control system of the PMSM by speed and position curve.
