In modern industrial production, the servo control system has a pivotal position. The selection of motor in possession of the whole system is top priority. In recent years, the PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) in industrial servo system advantage gradually emerged, due to the motor manufacturing technology level and precision, control theory, materials, electronics, computers, microelectronics, and a series of technical development and progress. In order to achieve high performance and high precision control effect, meet industrial control servo system, it is necessary for the PMSM drive control system research and design.In this paper, by reaching the PMSM drive control system, the author established the mathematical model of PMSM. In analyzing the basic principle and method of vector control, the author controlled PMSM servo system with vector control method, designed hardware control system using DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the core, and the corresponding peripheral circuit, drive circuit and auxiliary circuit module. Finally, according to the control method, the hardware circuit structure, and the modular way, this paper designed the program flow and wrote the program.This paper designed three kinds of control algorithm to control PMSM:First, ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Control). According to the characteristics and mathematical model of PMSM, the author determined the order of ADRC. At the same time,in order to make the ADRC algorithm can be better applied in the hardware platform, the nonlinear system is transformed into linear discrete systems. With the combined use of PI control, respectively to control the motor speed loop and current loop, the author realizes steady speed and quick response of the final implementation of PMSM.Second, the predictive function control based on the Laguerre model. According to the characteristics of chip, the author improved the predictive function control algorithm, changed position control mode to the incremental control mode, formed the incremental adaptive predictive control. To achieve high performance control of PMSM, the author simplified and optimized its according to the characteristics of the hardware experimental system.Third, model predictive control is based on the Kautz model. The model prediction algorithm with the predictive function control algorithm is basically the same in structure, but the system control mode is different. The system can better approximation algorithm based on Kautz model. The author also change position control mode to incremental control mode. After the output of the system optimization, and achieve precise control of the PMSM.Finally, Three kinds of optimized algorithm are respectively applied to the PMSM control system hardware platform, and conducted many experiments. Experimental results show that the three algorithms designed in this paper can achieve the expected goal. The three algorithms can achieve a rapid and stable control of PMSM, and improve the robustness of the system.
