Research On Rural Space Optimization Of Wulijie Street In Jiangxia District Of Wuhan City Under The Background Of Land Transfer

Since the Reform and Opening-up,the rapid urbanization has promoted the upgrading of rural development transformation and spatial reconstruction in China,which leads to the dramatic transformation of rural land use.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time,which clearly accelerated the pace of agricultural modernization,constructed a new pattern of rural revitalization,and optimized the layout of rural "Production-LifeEcology space".As an important driver of agricultural modernization,land circulation plays an important role in the structural evolution of rural "Production-Life-Ecology space" and the restructuring of rural space.At present,the research on rural "Production-Life-Ecology space" based on land circulation is still insufficient at home and abroad,and there is a lack of in-depth discussion on the impact of land circulation on rural spatial evolution.In view of this,this paper takes Wulijie street in Jiangxia District of Wuhan City as the research object,on the basis of systematically combing the current characteristics of land circulation,deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of land circulation on rural space,constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of rural space adaptability,and summarizes its rural space adaptability through the evaluation and result analysis of rural space adaptability before and after Wulijie land circulation Then the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward.This paper follows the technical route of "finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems".The research content includes three parts: "analysis of the current characteristics of land circulation and its impact on rural space","evaluation of rural space adaptability" and "rural space reconstruction strategy".The first part is the second and third chapters of the paper.Through the analysis of the current situation of land circulation in Wulijie,this paper summarizes the characteristics of land circulation,and discusses the influence mechanism of land circulation on rural space in Wulijie by comparing the "Production-Life-Ecology space" before and after land circulation.The second part is the fourth chapter of the paper.Firstly,through literature review and field investigation,combined with the research objectives,the evaluation system of rural spatial adaptability is constructed.Then,AHP is applied to determine the index weight of the evaluation system.According to the principle of multi-agent participation,the evaluation indexes are given different index weight systems according to the different preference values of villagers,tourists and government Finally,taking Wulijie street as a sample for empirical application,through the comparative analysis of the relevant index values before and after land transfer,the results of rural spatial adaptability evaluation are obtained.The third part is the fifth chapter of the paper.Combined with the characteristics and problem analysis of rural space adaptability,following the value orientation of "villagers as the main body and multiple sharing",and the optimization principle of "adjusting measures to local conditions and giving priority to ecology",the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of rural production space,living space and ecological space,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions as the support and guarantee of the optimization strategy.Land circulation plays a different role in promoting the development of rural space.However,the current rural space can not fully adapt to the changes of rural production and life style after land circulation,so the optimization and reorganization of rural space is imperative.In order to further achieve the goal of "prosperous production,livable life,ecological civilization" and other rural revitalization,the research on rural space needs to be further deepened.
