Research On The Rural “Production-life-ecology” Space Optimization In Wuhan

With the implementation of important strategies such as national ecological civilization construction,new-type urbanization and rural vitalization,rural area has become an important supporting point of national economic transformation and development,and also an important field of government and social investment.The demand for various types of construction has increased substantially,and it is urgent to rural space for in-depth cognition and research.The reform of the national spatial planning system has also provided new development opportunities and requirements for the compilation of rural spatial planning.With the continuous deepening of the development of rural areas,the endogenous demand for optimizing the spatial pattern of land becomes more and more intense.The implementation of the “Production-Life-Ecology”space development concept and the implementation of ecological civilization,new urbanization and rural revitalization can effectively reconcile the contradictions in the development of the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space.The research significance of the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space lies in the clear and in-depth understanding of the development of rural space and the comprehensive understanding of the spatial needs of rural development in the new era.Therefore,this study summarizes the three core issues that need to be answered in the process of rural space research in the new era through theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad,and construct the explanatory research framework of “three problems,eight major contents,two levels,three types of strategies”.Under the framework of the interpretative research of “three problems,eight major contents,two levels,three types of strategies”,this study starts form the theoretical basis,logical connection,checks and balances and system characteristics of the “Production-Life-Ecology” space,analyzes the theoretical characteristics of the “Production-Life-Ecology” space and constructs the identification basis of the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space.Through the analysis of the difference characteristics of the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space under different planning angles,the selection range and technical operation criteria of the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space identification and classification are clarified.Then,through the analysis and summary of the characteristics and drawbacks of China's current spatial planning,and the experience of foreign space planning system,this study proposes the framework of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space recognition and the technical preparations that are actually needed from the aspects of data standards,land classification standards,database management and coordinate system.Focusing on the two core scientific issues of scientific identification and spatial function quantitative evaluation of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space types,this study takes the rural areas of Wuhan as an empirical research sample to analyze the spatial pattern of Wuhan and the rural basic characteristics,and constructs the spatial classification system of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” and the evaluation system of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” spatial function.This study carries on the scientific identification and the spatial function measure to the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space in Wuhan,and further analyzes the gathering state and the fusion of the “Production-Life-Ecology” space.This study describes in detail the spatial distribution and functional value of “Production-Life-Ecology” in rural areas of Wuhan,and comprehensively reflects the reality and the basis of spatial optimization of the “Production-Life-Ecology” space in rural areas of Wuhan.Focusing on the core scientific problem of the mechanism of the spatial change of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space,the spatial classification system and the evaluation system of spatial function of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space were used to identify and evaluate the “Production-Life-Ecology” space of Wuhan in 2011.This study compares the measurement results with that of 2016,and summarizes the spatial variation characteristics of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” in Wuhan.Based on the spatial characteristics of the “Production-Life-Ecology” in rural areas of Wuhan,the overall judgment of future rural development trends is made.On the basis of this judgment,the PRA participatory rural assessment research method is used to obtain the survey data of the local villagers.The Tobit regression model is used to analyze the spatial optimization willingness of the rural subjects,and the structural equation model is used to analyze the spatial satisfaction of the rural subjects.Then further introduce the actor network theory,construct an explanatory analysis framework based on the actor network theory,and screen the rural space actors,and put forward the mandatory access point of the actor network.The new characteristics of rural spatial actors network are analyzed and summarized.Finally,based on the previous analysis of the three core issues of the rural “Production-Life-Ecology” spatial types,the quantitative evaluation of the spatial function and the mechanism of the spatial change,In view of the macro-level research results,this study puts forward the spatial guidance strategy of “Production-Life-Ecology” in rural areas,and the spatial coordination strategy of “Production-Life-Ecology” in rural areas,which is guided by classification and guidance.According to the research results of micro-level,this study puts forward the development strategy of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” spatial function guided by difference.On the basis of defining the spatial connotation of “Production-Life-Ecology” in rural areas,this study analyzes in detail its theoretical basis,methods of identification and classification,functional evaluation system,characteristics of changes and internal mechanism of action.Based on this,this study puts forward the optimization strategy of rural “Production-Life-Ecology” space from macro-level to micro-level,which enriches the relevant research of rural space.This study enriches the research on rural space and provides reference and guidance for the subsequent development of rural space development.
