| With the needs of the development of the times,the city’s demand for architectural functions has been changing.Some old factories once needed for production have been gradually abandoned,and they will face the fate of demolition or transformation.However,in the process of the continuous development and expansion of the scale of our city,the location of many old factories has gradually become the central area of the city.If large-scale demolition and construction is carried out,it will not only waste resources,but also pollute the current environment.Therefore,it is our current mainstream choice to carry out reasonable transformation,and we should also pay attention to the phenomenon of cultural loss in the transformation,Or space mismatch.The functions of the transformation are diversified.According to the function distribution of the actual location,the old plant can be transformed into the functional building we need.The main research goal of this paper is to transform it into a commercial building while continuing its context and matching the space as much as possible.This thesis discusses the excellent transformation cases at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the more mature methods of predecessors and their understanding of the essence of the symbiosis between the old and the new,combs and organizes the relationship between the old and the new,so as to guide the transformation design of the old plant in this thesis.The first chapter puts forward the concept of "old and new" symbiosis in the transformation of old plants by learning from the existing relevant theoretical and practical achievements at home and abroad;The second chapter introduces the definition of "symbiosis" and the meaning extended to architectural design,summarizes the strategies of spatial symbiosis,cultural symbiosis and functional symbiosis in the transformation of old plants,and puts forward the feasibility of transforming old plants into commercial buildings;The third chapter summarizes the principles that should be followed in the process of old plant reconstruction;The fourth chapter discusses the reuse of the old structure,the reorganization of spatial functions,the construction of indoor atmosphere and the transformation of exterior facade,finds the symbiotic balance point between the new and the old,and summarizes the symbiotic methods commonly used in the transformation of old plants.In the fifth chapter,the symbiotic design method summarized in the previous chapter is applied.After the field investigation and analysis of the target plant,and through the statistical results of the questionnaire and the analysis of the surrounding environment composition of the old plant,the commercial format composition is determined,and the practical transformation design is carried out from the perspectives of plane function,fire protection,structure and facade.To sum up,this thesis takes the old factory building transformation as the goal of commercial buildings,in the transformation process through the "new" and "old" integration,cohesion and remodeling,in order to achieve the purpose of matching the old and new space,and continue its historical and cultural spirit,expect this thesis for the future of our transformation of the old factory building to play a role of some reference. |
