Crawler crane with superior performance,a wide range of applications and strong adaptability and other advantages become an indispensable mechanical equipment.With the continuous development of science and technology,the crane is constantly developing towards the trend of lighter and lighter structure,higher and higher lifting capacity and more and more strict safety requirements.Therefore,accurate and comprehensive analysis of crane jib is an important content of crane design at the present stage.In this paper,three typical working conditions were selected to establish the load-wire rope model.Considering the impact of impact load on the boom structure,the transient dynamics analysis was carried out on the truss arm of crawler crane,and the cross-section parameters of each arm were compared based on the simulation results.According to the relevant specifications,this paper analyzes the load of crane lifting arm under the lifting condition,and carries on the theoretical calculation of strength,stiffness and stability.Then,the flexibility method,Euler-Bernoulli beam method and finite element method are used to solve the crawler crane jib,and the first four order natural frequency values of the jib are obtained,and the solution results are compared.Secondly,according to the actual working characteristics of crawler crane,the simulation model of three typical working conditions is established.The internal force of wire rope is solved by using structural dynamic method and ADAMS simulation method respectively,and the influence of lifting braking acceleration and discrete length of wire rope on the simulation results is discussed.After obtaining the solution results,the finite element software is used to conduct the transient dynamic analysis of the crawler crane jib,and the maximum displacement and maximum stress of the crawler crane jib under the second and third working conditions are obtained.Finally,the influence of the parameters of the lifting arm section on the lifting arm performance is compared and studied,and the parameters of the lifting arm section are adjusted to reduce the maximum displacement of the lifting arm end.After the optimal section parameter adjustment scheme is obtained,the stability of the crane is verified.In this paper,the QUY80 A crawler crane crane crane as the research object,select three typical lifting conditions for example analysis,based on the above method to adjust the crane’s section parameters,and the stability of the crane structure after the adjustment of the section parameters is verified.This provides a theoretical basis for the development and use of crawler crane products.
