Rotary condition is an important work conditions for telescopic crawler crane. In rotary process, hoists swing, centrifugal force produced by rotary and inertia force, which can produce additional impact load to boom, then affect the stress state and the deflection of the boom. This makes a bad impact on boom. Currently, rotary dynamic characteristics research of telescopic boom crawler crane is less at home and abroad. So, based on the75tons of telescopic crawler crane, we research the rotary dynamic characteristics of telescopic crawler crane. The main contents are as follows:(1) Researching the modeling method of telescopic crawler crane. Using the rigid-flexible coupling modeling technology, according to the different features of rigid body, flexible body and wire rope, we can establish the arm model frame, chassis, wire rope etc. Then import into RecurDyn software to build the rigid-flexible coupling model of the whole machine.(2) By researching the rotary dynamic characteristics of telescopic crawler crane, we can get the boom stress state and the impact factor. Through the study of the simulation in different rotary acceleration and hoisting load conditions, we can get the rotary acceleration and hoisting load effects on impact factor.(3) By researching the rotary dynamic characteristics of telescopic crawler crane, we can get the vibration of the boom suspension point. Through the study of the simulation in different rotary acceleration and hoisting load conditions, we can get the rotary acceleration and hoisting load effects on the vibration of the boom suspension point.(4) Researching the rotary dynamic factor of telescopic crawler crane. Through the study of the simulation in different rotary acceleration conditions, using the least squares method to fit the rotary dynamic factor, we can get the fitting formula of the rotary dynamic factor, then verify the correctness of the formula.Through researching the rotary dynamic factor of the75tons telescopic crawler crane, we can get impact factor, vibration of the boom suspension point and rotary dynamic factor, which can provide basis for the design and safe use of the telescopic crawler crane.
