With the development of society,the method of numerical simulation,according to the evaluation criteria that have been applied to Harbin New District,The degree of mutual influence between wind environment and block spaceform factors in Harbin new district is studied and discussed.This undoubtedly improves people’s living standards,but at the same time,the environmental pressure is gradually increasing,eroding our quality of life.the method of numerical simulation,according to the evaluation criteria that have been applied to Harbin New District.The new district is an area with large population and dense construction in the future,study the interaction law between urban wind environment and block space form.,an outdoor wind environment evaluation strategy suitable for this paper is formed.Its wind environment problem can not be ignored.The degree of mutual influence between wind environment and block spaceform factors in Harbin new district is studied and discussed in cold regions.Through the method of numerical simulation,according to the evaluation criteria that have been applied to Harbin New District,The degree of mutual influence between wind environment and block spaceform factors in Harbin new district is studied and discussed.The method of numerical simulation,according to the evaluation criteria that have been applied to Harbin New District.According to the method and process of wind environment numerical simulation,the numerical simulation method of block space is formed.Combining so as to study the interaction law between urban wind environment and block space form.,an outdoor wind environment evaluation strategy suitable for this paper is formed.In this paper,the concept of "flow sink" in ecology is introduced,and the main space carrier of "wind flow" and the function space of "wind sink" are numerically simulated from two aspects of block outline elements and block internal elements,so as to study the interaction law between urban wind environment and block space form.Based on the evaluation results,typical experimental blocks are selected,The optimization method of "wind flow" and "wind gathering area" is adopted to simulate and update the land parcel.so as to study the interaction law between urban wind environment and block space form.strategy are verified according to the changes of quantitative vector diagram.
