In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC National Congress,realizing carbon peak and carbon neutralization is a major decision made by China to unswervingly follow the green development path.In order to follow the green development path,thermal power enterprises have played an important role as green environmental protection enterprises.However,in the policy support and fierce market environment,thermal power enterprises often pay attention to the pursuit of development and ignore the risk management of enterprises.Try to establish a complete set of risk prevention and management system for the development of thermoelectric enterprises as late as possible.However,due to the certain complexity in the development process of China’s thermal power enterprises,the risk covers a wide range of levels;At the same time,the current industrial situation and policy conditions at home and abroad change rapidly.There are many new risks in the business process of the company,and the original risk system needs to be reviewed.In view of the problems of the company’s current risk management,this paper mainly uses the interview method and questionnaire method as the research method,carries out relevant interviews and questionnaire distribution to some certified public accountants and securities dealers,identifies and subdivides the risks of R enterprise,and finds out some enterprise risks existing in the current operation of R thermal power enterprise.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to reclassify the enterprise risk,and calculate the possibility of the comprehensive weight analysis results and the degree of risk impact.According to the results of the questionnaire,the author determines that R thermal power company faces five types of important or significant risks.In this regard,the author adheres to the problem orientation,deeply studies the causes of risks,and puts forward targeted measures to resolve risks in combination with practice.These measures have certain theoretical and practical significance for the comprehensive construction of risk management system in R thermal power company.At the same time,this paper also has a certain reference significance for other thermal power enterprises to build a comprehensive risk management system in the process of risk management.
