With the increase of private car ownership,the imbalance of parking structure between parking supply and parking demand emerges in urban villages as a kind of special residential area.Grasping the characteristics and mechanism of residents’ parking choice behavior in urban villages is an important basis for parking management in urban villages.Reasonable traffic management measures are conducive to regulating residents’ parking demand in urban villages and improving the problems of parking disorder and unbalanced parking structure in urban villages.However,there is a lack of research on the parking choice behavior of residents in urban villages.Based on this,this paper starts with the study of parking choice behavior of residents in urban villages,explores the influencing factors and characteristics of parking behavior of residents in urban villages,and discusses the countermeasures for structural adjustment of parking demand in urban villages.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the general factors affecting residents’ parking choice,and combined with the characteristics of urban villages.It adds three important factors,such as residence time,parking berth search time and safety perception,and makes a qualitative analysis on the influence mechanism of these factors.According to the influencing factors,this paper designs a questionnaire on parking behavior of residents in urban villages,and carried out a random field survey of urban villages in Nanshan District,Shenzhen.According to the questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the social and economic characteristics and parking behavior characteristics of residents in urban villages.Based on the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire data,this paper constructed the structural equation model of residents’ parking safety perception in the urban village to measure the potential variable of safety perception,and used the AMOS software to calibrate and test the parameters,and obtained the expression of safety perception.Then,taking residents’ personal family attributes,parking characteristic attributes and safety perception as independent variables,and four parking options including parking in the village,parking in the village,parking outside the village and parking in the road outside the village as dependent variables,a multiple logical model of parking choice for residents in urban villages was constructed based on random utility theory.The parameter estimation and test of the selection model were performed by substitution of data,and the parameter estimation of the influencing factors and the expression of the utility function of each parking option were obtained.The model results show that the model fitting degree is good,and each factor has a significant impact on the residents’ parking choice behavior in the urban village.Then,according to the parameter estimation results,the parameter estimation values of each influencing factor were analyzed from four aspects of personal attribute,family attribute,parking facility attribute and safety perception,and the influence trend and specific influence degree of each influencing factor on the parking choice were expounded.Based on the parameter estimation results of the model and the relevant policies and regulations of Shenzhen,this paper puts forward the structural adjustment countermeasures of parking demand,such as optimizing parking charging standard,shortening parking search time and improving parking safety,and applies the parking choice model in practice.This study enriches the research objects and influencing factors of parking choice behavior,and proves the important influence of individual attitude variables on parking choice behavior.According to the results of the model,the structural adjustment countermeasures of parking demand are beneficial to balance the parking demand of various parking modes in the urban village and realize the maximization of the utilization of parking resources.
