The flight-test equipment realizes the functions of power supply control,data acquisition and data processing during the horizontal flight test of the flying equipment,which provides a basis for the performance evaluation of the flying equipment.With the continuous development of modern aerospace technology,the electronic system of flying equipment becomes more and more complex.The advanced and reliable flight-test equipment in flying test is an important guarantee to complete the development of flying equipment.In this paper,based on the actual requirements of flying equipment,a set of flight-test equipment based on VPX bus is developed.This paper first summarizes the functional requirements and technical indicators of the flight-test equipment,and determines the overall design scheme of the system,and then the main work content and technical difficulties in the subject are designed in detail.Aiming at high-speed data transmission between modules of the system requirements,designed and implemented based on VPX bus backplane interconnection topology,through PCIe(Peripheral Component Interconnect Express)high-speed serial interface to implement the data acquisition card by main control board to high-speed link,through the Aurora high-speed serial interface to realize the high-speed link to the storage interface card,data acquisition interface card and complete the backplane design principle.Aiming at the overvoltage pulse generated at the moment of switching on and off of the electromagnetic relay in the power supply path of the flying equipment,the ground filtering network is designed to eliminate the overvoltage pulse to protect the flying equipment.To solve the problem of real-time transmission of high-speed echo data,the logic of JESD204 B,Aurora and PCIe high-speed serial interfaces are implemented based on FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array),which provide high-speed links for receiving,storing and displaying the echo data respecti vely.In view of the requirement of real-time solution of flight control coordinates during the test of flying equipment,the real-time solution of coordinate system is realized based on FPGA Microblaze soft core and PL(Programm Logic)DSP(Digital Signal Processing)hard core collaboration,and the optimization and acceleration of coordinate system solution are realized based on parallel matrix calculation.After completing the design of the subject,the main work content of the developed flying test equipment is tested.On hardware test the function of the power supply of the power supply control box filter and the signal transfer function and the VPX backplane test data transmission,on the software testing data acquisition in the echo data acquisition processing logic,data framing logic,real-time coordinates calculating module and main control software of the control and display functions.All the test results conform to the requirements for the performance of the equipment.
