In order to carry out real-time analysis and remote monitoring of power supply current, it’snecessary to research a remote data acquisition system of real-time parameter based on wirelesstransmission’s power supply current.Based on embedded technology and GPRS wireless communication technology, dissertationdesigns a remote power supply current data acquisition system based on GPRS. The systemfunction structure includes three parts: data acquisition, GPRS wireless data transmission, receptionand analysis of data processing host. Part of data acquisition firstly collects real-time power supplycurrent samples by current sensor, secondly converts them into data signals, thirdly processes dataappropriately and lastly forms a transmission packet format. Part of data communication firstlyreceives data transmitted from data acquisition, secondly transmits to data processing host throughGPRS network and in addition transmits control commands from data processing host to dataacquisition module. Data processing host stores acquired data information into data file whichassists users to display the waveform, query and analyse data.In the specific implementation structure of the system, based on system function structure,dissertation combines data acquisition part with data communication part to form data acquisitionterminal. The system therefore is divided into data acquisition terminal and data processing hostimplemented in two parts.Dissertation designs the hardware structure composed of data collection terminals, includingthe STM32main control chip, signal amplification/ADC circuit, GPRS communication module,storage/communication/debug interface power and so on. Dissertation carries out reasonable deviceselection and completes data acquisition terminal hardware circuit design. Based on data acquisitionterminal hardware, dissertation designs the whole software process of data acquisition terminal andcompletes data acquisition, GPRS communication, SD card data storage software, which is mainlycomposed of different modules.Dissertation on data acquisition system testing includes data acquisition, GPRS datatransmission, data reception and display of data processing host. The test results show that thesystem achieves the desired function requirements.
