| Safety is a crucial task for the development of Hainan Airlines.At present,HNA has chosen the former for safety or efficiency.From the decision-making level of the group to the grass-roots staff,aviation safety operation has been put in the most important position.Crew scheduling is a very important steps in the process of airline safety operation,for scheduling is to work crew in series with the company’s market routes for the productive process,let each flight mission to find the corresponding pilot to perform so as to realize the production run,more important is can through reasonable scheduling unit to ensure safe operation of the flight.According to the statistics of the safety accidents of the world’s civil aviation and the flight safety errors of HNA airlines in the past years,it can be found that more than 80% of the aviation safety accidents and flight safety errors are caused by human beings,and less than 20% of the accidents are actually caused by the aircraft faults,weather,environment and other reasons.Based on safety considerations,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the scheduling management of HNA aircrew,and formulates corresponding improvement plans for the existing problems.The flight task of the pilot is managed by the crew scheduling,and the safety errors caused by human factors in flight are mainly due to the fatigue driving of the crew,the unreasonable collocation of the crew and the unqualified technical training of the crew.Therefore,the problems existing in the scheduling management can be solved through the control of the scheduling fatigue index to reduce the fatigue degree of the units,the improvement of the scheduling collocation scheme of the units to achieve the reasonable collocation of the units and the training improvement of the matching of the unit scheduling,so as to improve the safe operation of the airlines.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement scheme,this paper improves the data module,operation module and rule checking module of the unit scheduling system,and improves the organization system machine by strengthening the construction of the team,the localization operation of the unit and optimizing the scheduling organization structure.Then the matching mode of crew resources,perfect the company reward and punishment system and the construction of enterprise culture to improve the guarantee measures. |
