With the rapid development of power system,the power system scale is expanding and the power system network is becoming more complicated.The security and stability of the power grid operation and the optimal allocation level of resources are largely determined by the scientificity,economy and cleanliness of generation scheduling and maintenance scheduling.Therefore,the intelligent decision of maintenance scheduling and generation scheduling has important theoretical and applied value for improving the ability of controlling the big power grid and improving the safety and economic operation level of power grid.It is also the development direction of the intelligent business of the power dispatching center at present.The optimization method of unit maintenance scheduling and power generation scheduling has studied in this paper,the main focuses of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:1)The basic theory of unit maintenance planning and generation planning is introduced.The methods and shortcomings of the existing maintenance planning and generation planning are expounded.The optimization modeling of maintenance scheduling and the existing research work of different dispatching optimization models are analyzed and summarized.2)A practical optimization model for annual hydro thermal unit maintenance scheduling is proposed.The model aims at maximizing the minimal reserve rate and minimizing adjustments on unit maintenance scheduling,which meet the requirements of the practicability of unit maintenance scheduling.3)A two-stage optimization model of annual rolling unit commitment and power scheduling is proposed.An optimization model of rolling generation scheduling and unit commitment considering direct trading and open and impartial dispatching is proposed.The model can optimize unit commitment and generation schedule in annual residual period,which takes the annual planned electricity energy completion rate as main goal,taking into account the energy saving and economic requirements of generation scheduling.According to the results of unit commitment of the above optimization model,an optimization model of generation scheduling considering the balance of daily load rate is proposed.The simulation results of a practical example of a province power grid show that the model is correct and the method is effective.
