As the domestic economy develops,the size of electric power plant and thecapacity of generator units becomes larger and larger,which brings about theincrease of auxiliary facilities and put much more expectations on running workspecially the management work. The three major systems of power plant,boiler,turbine,and electric, are watched over by the staff. The conditions of facilitiesand the efficient transition of staff alternation are all of great importance to thePlant. Thus to strengthen the management, the application of Operation IndexManagement System is the efficient way to increase the quality.While in the power plant information construction, it is more and moreimperative to develop a computer-based system, which can provide real timeoptimized instruction for the plant operator. So was The Optimization OperationSystem of Thermal Power Unit. Online Performance Calculation Software is themost primary one. It figures out the performance of the units, analyzes the thermaleconomy, and supervise the optimize operation of the plant.The present conditions of performance calculation are various levels ofimplementation. Most simplified the formula、the standard does not be strictly enforced;and does not consider the unit running status, not strictly point, lack of unifiedmethod of energy loss analysis, the last problem is that optimum value seeking has noscientific; commonly used the text of the regulations for guide. According to theseconsiderations,the author decides to choose the Optimization Operation System ofThermal Power Unit as the study topic.This article has first studied the unit each hot efficient target computationalmethod, has established the thermodynamic system mathematical model, withdeviation analysis method to carry on the analysis to the unit thermodynamic systemthermal energy parameter, give the analysis and the suggestion to the bigger thermalenergy parameter that affect the system efficiency, and has studied the analysisinfluence power supply coal consumption factor. Finally, we has developed thethermoelectric power station energy consumption target analysis and the Index management system, and using to was actual.This thesis focus on the thermal power unit of SanHe Power Plant, that capacity is300MW. Based on OSI PI Real database and the development Tools of Visual Studio2010.Net. We have achieved the Operation Index Management System of ThermalPower Unit. This system contains five modules such as data collection and processing,optimization operation, guide, report, systems management. Also with in eachmodule contains a number of different sub module used to achieve differentfunctions. The completion of the system is not only able to complete the power plant torun the management of information,also the plant information management and query.Finally, the Operation Index Management System can be used to diagnoseeconomic rapidly, and to guide the operation correctly, lay a good foundation for theoptimization development.
