Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of urban system construction in China,the construction of small towns has been paid more and more attention by the state in recent years.However,in the process of rapid urbanization,the features of small towns,as an important carrier of local material culture,are gradually destroyed.With the change of urban construction from "seeking speed" to "seeking quality",the protection and construction of the characteristic features of small towns has come into people’s vision.On the other hand,under the background of global energy crisis,the green development model with energy conservation and emission reduction as the target has become a new direction for urban planning and construction.Residential building is a town of building types,most residents in daily life is important,so to the small town residential building style and regional research to realize the whole town regional style expression has important practical significance,on the other hand on the small town residential building energy-saving research on energy saving of the whole town has important significanceTaking Changxing County,Zhejiang province as an example,this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods to put forward energy-saving design strategies for residential buildings in small towns from the perspective of regional style inheritance.Based on the cognition of urban regional features and building energy conservation as the starting point,and supported by regional building theory,building prototype theory and energy-saving building theory,this study summarizes and analyzes the elements of urban features and building energy conservation,and establishes a system of elements combining features and energy conservation.Secondly,through the field investigation of Changxing County,the author collected the current situation of changxing county residential building features,current energy consumption characteristics,residents style preferences and other data,and analyzed the current situation.The characteristics of different architectural features are summarized through the extraction of current features.Status statistics through CAD platform DeST-h building energy simulation software,the method of control variable changxi typical residential building energy consumption simulation,it is concluded that the building height,depth and width and architectural plane form,colour,material qualitative,facade facade building window wall ratio,building shading form elements such as the best energy saving index.Finally,the paper establishes the guidelines for energy conservation control of residential buildings in Changxing County from the perspective of regional features from the perspectives of building volume,building facade and building components,and puts forward relevant strategies.From the point of view of single building,the characteristic model of Changxing county’s architectural style which conforms to the development of The Times is put forward,and the feasible construction for the development of changxing county’s towns is put forward.
