Research On The Comprehensive Transportation Planning Of Mudanjiang City Based On The Concept Of Green Transportation

Taking Mudanjiang urban transportation as the research object,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,field survey,case analysis,interdisciplinary research,quantitative analysis,etc.to study urban comprehensive transportation systems and green transportation theories home and abroad,to integrate the concept of green transportation into the urban comprehensive transportation planning,and propose the research framework and approach.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the basic situation of urban development,the development of urban road traffic,the development of public transportation,the basic situation of parking facilities,and the development of slow traffic systems.Through the analysis of basic data and big data,it provides detailed analysis results,including traffic flow characteristics,group connection characteristics,cross-section flow characteristics,public transportation network layout characteristics,etc.It adopts advanced technical means to accurately point out a series of problems faced by Mudanjiang comprehensive transportation,and proposes the following corresponding planning principles and planning strategies according to the research framework obtained from the theoretical research of green transportation: the overall planning strategy of urban comprehensive transportation system including its development goal,planning principle and planning framework;the continuity-based urban road system planning strategy including urban road network system planning,urban road traffic facilities control and reservation;the collaboration-based public transport system planning strategy;the fairness-based parking system planning strategy;the ecological standard-based slow traffic system planning strategy including Mudanjiang greenway network planning,Mudanjiang city regular slow traffic network planning,Mudanjiang slow traffic planning element guidelines,slow traffic demonstration area planning suggestions,etc.This paper takes Mudanjiang City’s comprehensive transportation planning as the research object,the green transportation theory as the research basis,to propose planning strategies to solve the traffic problems faced by Mudanjiang City in the rapid urban development,which will provide reference for other similar cities in our country in the transportation construction.
