Linear Or Serial Cultural Heritage Of Taizhou Section Of The Grand Canal Cultural Belt Study On Protection And Utilization

With the concept of heritage corridor and cultural route introduced into China in the 1980s,it has attracted the attention and attention of academic circles.The cultural route represented by the Grand Canal and the Great Wall has gradually become the research hotspot in the field of cultural heritage protection in China,and the cross regional and large-scale cultural heritage has gradually been recognized and accepted by everyone.However,from the perspective of the effect of local practice,due to the different national conditions,these ideas and methods still show certain inadaptability in China,and need to be further improved and revised.In addition,compared with the Great Wall in China,there are still many problems to be solved,such as the Great Wall’s heritage,cultural heritage and cultural heritage.Linear or serial cultural heritage is a concept derived from cultural routes.It is not the standard classification of world cultural heritage.At present,it has not established a complete system.It is not as good as cultural route in terms of attention,influence and promotion.However,linear or serial cultural heritage has greater flexibility and room for improvement,which may become suitable through further exploration and improvement China’s national conditions and targeted protection ideas and methods.In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:"the Grande Canale is a valuable legacy left by our ancestors,a mobile culture.We must co-ordinate the protection,inheritance and utilization of^[1]".As a demonstration section,Jiangsu Province has good resource conditions and research foundation,and has carried out a series of research and exploration rapidly.This paper takes Taizhou section of the Grand Canal cultural belt as an example.In this study,a set of comprehensive evaluation system composed of value evaluation system,core resource selection evaluation system and resource spatial enrichment evaluation system is constructed to provide basic support for formulating specific protection and utilization strategies.In the aspect of cultural heritage protection,we should set up the overall consciousness and big protection concept,focus on the historical context and overall pattern,integrate the ecological environment and various resources along the line,explore the core heritage value,clarify the protection object and protection key points,formulate appropriate protection measures,create a diversified cooperative protection mechanism,and reasonably formulate short-term and long-term implementation plans.In terms of cultural heritage,combined with the requirements of creating a national cultural park,we should gather the key elements of urban cultural resources,highlight the cultural and functional attributes of resources,promote high-level cultural and tourism integration,strengthen the construction of cultural exhibition system,and establish a perfect inheritance system and space carrier.In the aspect of cultural utilization,we should abandon the simple pursuit of economic interests,advocate the open and sharing of resources,mobilize cultural resources,build,share and co govern with community construction,landscape style,life and recreation,culture and education,and emerging industries,and integrate into all aspects of citizens’life,so as to radiate and maintain vigorous cultural vitality,and promote the high-quality development of urban culture.
