| Engineering project is one of the typical projects,which is affiliated with investment projects and is an important one in investment projects.It is a type of project decision-making and execution activities that include both investment and construction activities.The essence of project management is to use the viewpoints,theories and methods of system engineering to carry out the whole process and all-round management of the project construction to achieve the ultimate goal of the project.The research of project management strategy is conducive to the smooth and efficient implementation of the project.The research on Harbin Junan Fire Intelligent Engineering Limited Corporation(hereinafter referred to as Junan Company)was carried out to study the project management strategy of Junan Company.In the research of this paper,the related theories of engineering project management strategy were introduced firstly.Then the brief introduction of Junan company’s enterprise development was introduced.After that,the current status of the project management,process management and performance management of Junan Company’s project management was introduced.And the current industry environment and internal conditions of Junan Company from many aspects were explained.By studying the characteristics of Junan’s project management and Junan’s corporate development strategy,the SWOT analysis matrix were used to analyze the development status of Junan Company and the Junan Company project.the project management strategies were designed and selected,and finally put forward the application of the project management implementation assurance strategy and the application of intelligent fire protection in the project management strategy implementation.The research results showed that Junan’s existing project management strategy had many disadvantages such as multiple leadership,low efficiency of quality management feedback,insufficient dynamics of schedule formulation,lacking of talents and incomplete cost management system,and these could be improved through engineering project management strategies.It was of great significance to improve the overall efficiency of project management and integrate existing project management with smart fire protection.Through the implementation of changing the organizational structure of the project management,the comprehensive and simplified management system,the combination of talent training and talent introduction,the outsourcing of the management information management platform and other strategies,it would lay a good foundation for the construction of fire engineering project management system,and then it would provide guarantee for the implementation of project management.The implementation of project management would enhance the competitiveness of construction project management,achieved the level of integration with international construction project management standards,and achieved project management with high standards and efficiency. |
