With the rapid development of the Internet,artificial intelligence and big data,industrial transformation is rising in the manufacturing industry.Intelligent equipment manufacturing is an important part of the manu facturing industry,intelligent equipment manufacturing is also embracing a wave of change.China puts forward the strategy of "made in China 2025" to clarify the way of China’s future intelligent manufacturing.In order to support the evolution of intelli gent manufacturing strategy,the state has issued a series of policies to support and guide enterprises and units to carry out research,exploration and practice,among which the construction of product knowledge map and the establishment of industrial big data base are one of the key projects.As an important part of intelligent equipment product knowledge map,intelligent equipment standard parts play an important role in the design and selection of intelligent equipment,inquiry and purchase.The preparation of product manual is the pre work of establishing product knowledge map.How to standardize the product efficiently and accurately and make it into a product manual is the most important task in the establishment of product knowledge map.Based on the actual situation of V company’s product manual compilation project,this paper studies the application of project schedule management theory,and gives a set of feasible project schedule management mode,which makes full use of existing resources,to guide the current and later manual compilation project operation.In this paper,using the method of combination of theoretical analysis and practical analysis,the problems of schedule management planning,quality management,project personnel management and control,project schedule implementation control that affect the project schedule in V company manual compilation project schedule management are carefully studied and analyzed.It is found that the old project schedule management method can not guarantee the project schedule.In order to achieve the goal of project schedule,the theory and method of project schedule management are systematically used to plan and analyze the project,the work structure is used to decompose the project work in detail again,the required human resources are checked according to the current situation,the project organization chart is developed,the time limit is scientifically determined again by sequence chart method and three-point estimation,and a new project is formulated Schedule and multi subproject Gantt chart.In order to ensure the smooth achievement of the schedule,a project schedule control system and management mechanism involving project organization,quality,communication,follow-up and exception handling shall be established in combination with practical problems.Through the comparative analysis between the actual operation results of the project and the old and new plans,the effectiveness of the optimized scheme is determined.The application of project schedule management combined with management method in V company’s manual compilation project schedule management,the three-point estimation method is used in the daily average workload budget to determine the construction period,the innovative application of multi subproject plan and Gantt chart,the introduction of 8D idea to solve the abnormal problems,has achieved great success in the project.Through qualitative analysis of project progress results,quantitative analysis of project management theory ap plication results,it is found that the progress management method is of gr eat significance to V company’s project progress management,and it can be used for reference by peers in the industry in manual project progress management.
